Semifinal of MISS NITRA 2010

Shopping centre Centro Nitra experienced invasion of female beauty last Saturday of January. A casting and semifinal of MISS NITRA 2010 took place here, organized by regional TV Central, KALYPSO Agency and Centro Nitra as a co-organizer.

Despite horrible weather we welcomed a lot of visitors who were curiously looking forward to contestants from Nitra and around who applied for the contest. They presented their qualities in swimsuits and their own clothes. Only 24 girls got to semifinal. The restriction to be fulfilled to get here was minimum height of 165 cm, permanent address in Nitra district and age from 15 to 24 years.

A dozen got into the final and they are ahead of a demanding one-week long preparation, very similar to procedures at MISS Slovakia. They will improve in posing in front of professional photographer, in trying on evening dresses and swimsuits and posturing.

Jury which had an uneasy task to chose 12 finalists, was deciding in this composition:

The final round will be held in Theatre of Andrej Bagar in Nitra. For the best girls interesting prizes are waiting. We cross fingers for all finalists and we wish them all the best.
