When  Lars Larsen opened first  outlet in Danmark with the name Jysk Sengetøjslager, he did not use the name JYSK just like that. In Danish this means not only the largest part of Danmark- Jute peninsula, but also it is a symbol  of modesty, care and honesty.It means trust- convention is convention.
